SHOPSTACK

Shopstack, the end-to-end stack for agentic commerce

let your agent shop

Agent: Heading to Nike

THE PROBLEM

Agents can’t purchase things. With Shopstack, they can.

Agents are great at recommendations. But they leave the user with a URL. Shopstack lets your agent complete the purchase end-to-end from one integration: navigate complex checkouts, handle CAPTCHA challenges automatically, and instantly switch payment methods or protocols without changing your code.

What builders think

Maya Chen@sample_maya
My agent went from recommending a product to returning the order confirmation in the same conversation.
Noah Williams@sample_noah
We changed the payment route without rebuilding the checkout integration.
Ari Patel@sample_ari
The confirmation step gives users control without making the agent start checkout again.
Leah Kim@sample_leah
One API replaced the brittle checkout logic we were maintaining merchant by merchant.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is Shopstack?

Shopstack is the end-to-end commerce layer for agents. Give it a product and purchase constraints through one API or MCP call; it navigates the checkout, handles interruptions, collects approval, routes payment, and returns a structured order result.

But my agent already has browser automation?

Keep it. Browser automation is useful for navigating sites, but purchasing also requires checkout-specific recovery, cross-origin payment fields, CAPTCHA and bot defenses, user approval, payment credentials, spend controls, retries, and order reconciliation. Shopstack owns that commerce layer so your agent does not have to.

Will Shopstack buy without user approval?

Not by default. Shopstack pauses when the checkout reaches the exact total and asks for approval before payment. Once approved, it resumes the same checkout instead of starting over.

What if I want to change the way my agent pays?

Keep the same Shopstack integration. Choose the payment route per checkout, then switch between supported cards, providers, or protocols without rewriting your agent or checkout flow. Shopstack Card is in development; the other routes shown above are planned until marked available.

How is Shopstack different from companies like Browserbase?

Companies like Browserbase give your agent reliable browser infrastructure. Shopstack is the commerce layer built on top: checkout recovery, user approval, payment credentials, payment routing, and structured order results behind one purchase API.

How can Shopstack help me generate revenue?

Use Shopstack Card for purchases your users approve and earn 1% interchange revenue on what they buy. That turns completed recommendations into a revenue stream without adding affiliate integrations merchant by merchant.

What happens when Shopstack needs help?

It pauses instead of guessing. Your application receives the question and a live view of the checkout, the user provides the missing detail, and Shopstack continues in the same browser session.

What do I get back when the purchase finishes?

A structured order result with the confirmation details the merchant makes available, so your agent can report what happened without interpreting a success page. The isolated checkout session is then torn down.

Give your agent the power to purchase.
